We ALWAYS hire a professional photographer - unlike many agents who will take pictures on their phone.  Your listing photos are the first impression any potential buyer will see.  We ensure those photos are inviting and show your property in the best light possible!


Along with listing your home in the local Multiple Listing Service, we actively market your home on Social Media and multiple other advertising platforms such as Yelp and Google.  Our job is to make sure your listing receives maximum exposure to procure the right buyer. 


Your Integrity Agent will actively communicate with you throughout the listing and sales process, thoroughly explaining the pros and cons of any offers that are received, the escrow process, inspections, requests for repairs from the buyer, etc.  Your Agent will (with your approval) set up a checklist and shared calendar entries so everyone is always on the same page.  Our goal is to always be transparent and informative, to help ease the stresses that come with a big life change like selling a home.
